CHALLENGES


Heliofold, a solar panel business, struggled with client onboarding, inventory tracking, and accounting. They overpaid for accountants and virtual assistants who were taking too long to complete their work.


WHAT WE DID


After a consultation call, we immediately got to work. Our goal was to automate all of these challenges. We first created and set up a CRM where they could track their leads and different clients. We added onboarding automations, such as automated forms where clients could get an instant evaluation and calculation of their costs and timeline.

Next, we set up an ERP system, imported all of the current inventory, and made it easy to track. Additionally, we implemented a QR code system with which their employees could scan a QR or barcode when a product was delivered, automatically synchronizing it with the ERP.

Finally, we integrated Stripe to automate the payments infrastructure and accounting processes.
